What To Do In The Midst Of Your Storm

“I have peace today not because there are no storms in the world, but because the LORD is my peace in the midst of the storm.”

There are people today, who feel as if life is taking them on a wild ride. They feel as though they are in the midst of a bad storm… and the storm is too much for them to bear. In those moments, the best thing to do is, Step Out On Faith! Don’t allow the challenges you face each day in life… determine who you are – or who you become. Trust GOD in the midst of your storm.

There’s nothing worse than the feeling of being overwhelmed by life’s circumstances. Your emotions tell you there is no hope… and the situation you are in will never improve. In those moments, you feel there is no way you can survive, but that is far from the truth.

No matter how extreme your situation might become, or how bad it might seem… GOD is right there with you. GOD will sustain you.  However, you have to keep looking to Him.  When you trust Him, He will:

  • Calm your storm.
  • Give you hope
  • Give you peace
  • Change your circumstance

Each moment in each day, has its own value – and is a blessing in itself: Morning brings hope, afternoon brings faith, evening brings love and night brings rest. Still, it is your choice whether you decide to live life one more time. You have to make the difference.

TAKE A CHANCE! You don’t have to fear… because GOD is with you. He was there for Moses and the children of Israel at the Red Sea, for David when He went up against Goliath, and with Daniel in the lion’s den; and so many others when they faced their most difficult challenges in life. GOD stands there like the GREAT CHAMPION He is, almost begging for a challenge – just so He can crush it under His Great Power. So all you have to remember is… GOD WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN.

You don’t ever have to look like what you have been through. Each new day brings with it GOD’s new mercies. And GOD will never short-change you. He will give you peace in the midst of every storm.
