“Optimism is key. If you expect the worst, the worst will happen. You are your own stress, your own anger, your own sadness and frustration. If you let things bother you, they will and don’t let them. Just be happy. Nothing in life is easy, so make the best of all of it. Don’t dwell on the negatives. Optimism is key.”
You have to wake up each day… decisive and determined to be cheerful and happy. It doesn’t matter what situation you might find yourself in – day by day – your attitude, and how you approach life… are the determining factors of how your life will turn out in the end. Therefore, if you feel as if your life is not going exactly how you want it to, all you have to do is change your disposition, and your life too, will also change.
Check out this excerpt about happiness… from my eBook, “WILLPOWER: Discover Your Inner Strength & Create Your Ideal Life”:
“What You Think of You… rules out everything everyone else thinks of you! So, picture your life in your mind’s eye – the way you want it to be in reality – and apply your faith there. Trust God right there! Before you know it… that’s what your reality will be. Before you know it, things will be on track, and you will realize how far having a positive attitude about yourself can really go.
Your life is precious! Be proud of it. It may not be perfect, but you’re still alive with a chance to make it as close to perfect as you hope for it to be. Be Positive About You and Have Faith. Live on… while you’re still alive. Have enough confidence in yourself to at least try. Test the borders of your comfort zone… and be willing to stretch it so you can grow in exciting directions.
It’s your life… which belongs to you, and nobody else. It’s a one of a kind experience here on earth you have been given a chance to be a part of. And not only be a part of, but to also be in charge of… and steer it in any way that seems fit – or however you deem necessary. What you do should be uniquely different from any other person. There’s no need to try to compare yourself with others, or compete. That’s not the real you! Be adventurous, because trying to keep up with the Joneses will limit your creative spirit… and stunt your personal growth. Success has room for everyone, so you don’t have to follow the road everyone else has traveled. Make it personal – make your own history.”
