In life… everything you do is by choice. You are distinctively created as a part of an infinite plan to discover the unlimited riches that life has to offer. This is your life! You can choose to be, to do and to have whatever it is you want. Yet, the most miraculous part of life is this – you have the ability already within you to make anything happen.
Every winner didn’t have a winning start. The most successful people on earth, at some point in the past, have had to face some heart-wrenching personal moments where they had to choose between giving up, and moving forward with the determination to succeed.
There are various challenges which present themselves in daily life, which will antagonize you to no end, and cause you to feel as if nothing you attempt to do will bring the ultimate joy and happiness you seek. In fact, I’m confident enough to say, you’ve probably:
1. Had doors closed in your face.
2. Prayed, and God didn’t seem to be listening.
3. Watched everyone else enjoy the happiness of living their dreams.
4. Given up on your short and long term goals at some point.
5. Felt embarrassed because your achievements didn’t measure up.
6. Experienced bouts of low self-esteem.
7. Felt useless to your family members, peers or co-workers.
But think again! If you have felt these emotions, it’s far from what reality really is. You just have to find methods to help you to commit to living your life as the passionate winner you were born to be. Just thinking about it, or basing reality on feeling… is not the answer. It won’t help you to improve. Only a well thought out plan will bring the winner that’s inside you… to the forefront and out into the open. And only the willpower to succeed, at all costs, will help you to develop a foundation of:
b) Inner Strength
In his book, “7 Strategies for Wealth & Happiness,” the great author and motivator Jim Rohn said this, “Discipline is the bridge between thought and accomplishment… the glue that binds inspiration to achievement.” Put practically, there are many different things you can do to help you start building a foundation of success, or to help you to begin the success journey. But it’s up to you to… START!
Life is about being ambitious… living life based on godly direction, and having the discipline to go out and make things happen. It’s about living your own life instead of letting other people live it for you. By knowing what qualities you want to develop in yourself, you can figure out whether the people in your life are keeping you on track towards willfully achieving that or are dragging you off course altogether.
